Unscrew and carefully take apart Hun-Gurr's shoulders (there are small parts and a spring under pressure). Replace the spring with a stronger one or cut a piece of plastic to fit into the circular ratcheting mechanisms (I used 2mm thick styrene). More compression, more resistance. This affects just side-to-side movement.
Apply Pledge floor gloss between the torso and shoulder/hip parts. A little extra friction helps with the front-to-back.
Cut two small lengths of a 5mm styrene tube and place those lengthwise inside the dark grey rectangular springs inside Hun-Gurr. This isn't the easiest thing to do (you gotta go in through Abominus's bootyhole) but a good pair of angled tweezers helps. See the pic. The tube provides a lot of front-back strength.
I actually haven't tried displaying mine without the body armor and that adds A LOT of weight, so mine still needs a support stand. You might get better results without, but for me these adjustments got him to at least hold a slightly dynamic pose.
