he's honestly really good. the shoulder pads switch easily, since they just clip on and off, he's bulky without going all sf alpha, and the wired cape is really nice. my only gripe is that his effect is pretty lacking. i wish he had something like a psycho crusher effect, especially given how fei long had that large hienkyaku effect, but it's kinda understandable that he'd have a smaller effect since he's got the wired cape/switchable shoulder pads

tldr he's easily a 10, with just one or two minor things for me
