I picked these up for $15 a box. I wonder if he was a builder too since they are sorted by color and you don't really see that with Lego at thrift stores.
You gotta wash them and then sort out the broken Lego parts, the ruined Lego parts, the Megabloks parts, the random toy parts, and then the garbage, but this still seems like a great value since it looks like he had a big collection with older and newer sets.
