Just picked up the m2m curvy dancer at Target after months of searching. I hate her wetback skintone, but I think it'd grow on me if I deboxed her and got her out of her fucking hideous "I breakdance because I dropped out of school to support my baby daddy who's in jail for a popping a cap in my brother," outfit. Plus, I've been looking for her awhile, I like the curvy barbies, and the union of curvy and m2m is amazing to me (here skintone isn't as big a problem as I make it out to be honestly, it's the outfit I hate the most).
But, I peaked at Ebay and saw how much I could sell her for ($35-70), and now I'm considering that, despite having never sold on Ebay before.
In your opinion, should I keep her boxed in the hopes she becomes even more "collectible", debox her to join the collection and put her in a nice outfit (while auctioning off her clothes to make some money), or sell her whole on Ebay?
