All the character really needs is to turn into the same type of truck like Energon Rodimus, and toy a trailer similar to the concept art. The cab forms the entire robot mode and the trailer neatly folds up into a backpack so he can be the same size as Optimus, but with the wings and look like this. No stupid armor up option eating away the budget and making the design unnecessarily bulkier than it needs to be.
