GodHand sponges are great for smoothing primed surfaces but they are too soft for cleaning nubs. Tamiya/3M sponges are pretty much the same but even softer.
For resin (and UV resin in particular) Dspiae is the best so far, followed by Border, but I haven't tried them with every resin out there so ymmv.
