I think it would be a good candidate because there are plenty of neat vehicles, mecha and structures to make sets out of, and a lot of characters to make into minifigs. But its also an old video game series that will never see the light of day again and isn't really family friendly. Also stealth isn't really appealing to kids as much as action is.
