The only thing that makes me think it could happen is that they've produced cryptid figs before with a Bigfoot and a Yeti. With their occasional spooky theme every few years, it's not impossible but it's certainly unlikely.

I think it would be a good candidate because there are plenty of neat vehicles, mecha and structures to make sets out of, and a lot of characters to make into minifigs. But its also an old video game series that will never see the light of day again and isn't really family friendly. Also stealth isn't really appealing to kids as much as action is.

Well. there were quite a lot anyway. 1st series of Adventurers, then Indiana Jones with that beautiful tomb and then Pharaoh's quest. Quite a lot for such. I think including Scooby Doo and other occasional sets it would be more than 20 Egypt-themed sets overall.

not even joking. the Knight is basically a minifig already. the monsters are crazy looking and would be great builds, and there are several locations that would make perfect playsets. Especially the City of Tears or the Queen's Garden.

they would never do it, though, because of how dark and dreary the game is. also, some of the lore is outright horrifying. I would buy every last one, though

I would be happy if Lego worked with ANY Japanese companies. the only thing I have seen from them is Nintendo and that one Sonic toys-2-life set. I got the Lego Ideas TARDIS set and I would do anything to get a complete set of Doctors and companions.

The BBC only ever partners with fucking awful literal who brands with likenesses that look like they were made out marshmallows that were left out in the sun, so I had a glimmer of hope between that set and the Cybermen they did for the video game, and then my hope died an ignoble, Adric-like death.

Agreed. It baffles me they’ve never given the minifigure proper elbow articulation. The legs I understand because that’s trickier to change without changing the minifigure’s design, but there’s literally no reason within System for the minifigures not to have elbow articulation

I would like a historical theme similar to castle, except for that it focuses on the various bronze and iron age civilizations of the old world instead of medieval Europe. It would have sets based on ancient Rome, Greece, Egypt, Mesopotamia, India, China, etc. etc. I would call it something like "LEGO Historia".

Too bad nobody cares about history anymore.

When I was a kid, I always wanted a Final Fantasy Tactics lego theme. Admittedly, the in-game locations wouldn't make for very exciting lego structures.

I wouldn't object to a Tactics advance theme either, but I prefer the characters from the original.

These would be great. Could make the Ultras and monsters minifig size and make the ships and buildings micro builds for them to crash and smash around. Entire lego cityscapes for minifig King Joe and Seven to fight on. And alternate actor heads so they can have a tea break between takes.
