I think a big factor at play is that his entire chest is literally just the truck's cab with no alterations at all to it. Even G1 Prime got around the boxiness by having the sides of the cab be his arms in robot mode to take away from the all-cab look. It would have looked awkward no matter which character that mold was designed for

Any recommendations for a super stylized optimus prime? Zeta Oriprime and Cyber Factory Cyber Commander looks nice, but if there is anything with nice amounts of chrome/clear/greeble let me know.

After Prime and Megs, I really have no interest in cartoon accuracy. MP-11 works well enough for me. Still wish someone would attempt toy accurate MP figures with mechanical looks and good articulation.
