Some pics of an unproduced pitch to Playmates by Funpub, the company who did the GI Joe and Transformers Collector's Club figures for Hasbro. Essentially they'd repaint figures and sculpt new heads for said figures in order to produce new figures from those molds. Their toys were often expensive and these probably would have cost similar to what Super7 charges for a single Ultimates figure, which often pissed people off about the GI Joe Club figures since they were not produced by Playmates, but instead licensing and producing the figures themselves.
