They are technically legally allowed to keep it since it is a staple of almost all terms and services, but if they knew it was out of stock BEFORE they sold it to me then it's fraud, which is grounds for a full refund or closure of buisness. I'm demanding them to send the date of when the last box was sold, and if it's too unreasonable then I'm going to make a big deal about it.
I wish I bought more Gundam shit in Japan when I went there for holidays last year. I wasn't into it as heavily at the time but all the shit I have to export for $50 now only cost $15 over there locally. Factoring in all the retarded ESL pakkies and pajjets that are trying to nickel and dime just makes it even worse.
