But it still looks like you're uploading the image of the filled out template, so there's nothing stopping you from including transparency in an uploaded png file. But I think based on the format they take creative liberties with what you upload, so if you uploaded a face with a white background they'd probably mask out the white and print it on a yellow face. It seems to be intended for kids to draw on an actual printout and there's no way they expect those customers to pick the exact correct yellow for the face
