On an unrelated note, my G.I. Joe/Transformers 'Dreadnok Soundwave' is here. I'm honestly not a fan of G.I. Joe in general (that was more my brothers' thing growing up), but I liked the idea of finally having a Soundwave that my two loose Year of the Goat Masterpiece Ravage and Buzzsaw(Laserbeak?) would actually be compatible with. I underestimated just how big this guy was, though - he's almost as tall as Siege Jetfire!
His box was pretty cool - the outer packaging with the artwork on it is split down the middle, so you pull apart both halves to get at the actual box inside. He comes packed with a few accessories - a knife he can hold or clip to his shin when not in use (when has Soundwave ever been known for carrying knives?), a massive missile launcher that sits on his shoulder in the typical fashion, and a dual chaingun (with spinning barrels) that can either clip to his other shoulder or be held in his hand. he also comes with Howlback (yes, I know she's labelled as 'Ravage', but come on - she needs a modern figure, anyway), and she herself comes with a chain and collar accessory so you can piss her off and haver her maul you for treating a member of the Cobalt Sentries like a common house pet. She uses the same mold as my Ravage, and while she has more paint on her robot mode, her cassette mode is pretty blank.
Shockwave also comes with two G.I. Joe characters, of whom I am not familiar, both who come in their own individual packages (which I have no intention of opening). I should note that he's very hollow and the plastic quality feels...cheap; I imagine this was done to keep costs down so they could include the two G.I. Joe characters as well. but they just look horrible in general.
