Pic related it’s the “Glow Warrior” a glow in the dark variant of the Droid Invader Horror head that was packed in with a VHS. Was believed to be a fake or custom until recently when they started showing up and someone found an ad for it. There was also several color variants found recently too. And like the OP pic there are legitimate prototypes and production samples out there to collect as well. It’s a pretty in depth toy line.
