>>9279301It's not traditional scalping per se, it's just people realize they can resell on storefronts like Amazon and eBay so they are now buying kits full price from retailers (this is why literally everything is backordered on HLJ) and then selling them at markup. This is the way many storefronts on Amazon have operated for a decade, they just have identified gunpla as a good product to sell.
