Criteria as such are size, level of detail, internal space, architectural style and so on. Apart from size, those are mostly subjective and subject to opinion. Bigger is usually better, but not always.
Pic related are the obvious(?) top three, but in which order? Which sets should make up the rest of the top ten, and could any of those be argued to deserve a place in the top three?
