Its pretty doable and somewhat easy to do, the figure's left cuff was easy to remove, no fuzz about it, just remove the left hand and pull out the left cuff, the right one on the other hand, the cuff is kinda stuck on the forearm atleast on mine, I dipped the forearm where the cuff is stuck for 10-15 secs in hot water to somewhat loosen it up then gently pull all sides of the cuffs with a plier(I used a piece of cloth inbetween the plier and the cuff so the plier is not directly touching the cuff and won't leave a mark), just be careful when doing it and you're gucci

Btw, saw a tweet where Yuffie is releasing also at the 9th, he/she was skeptical(probs Amazon JP basing on the picture he/she tweeted) as SE still listed her on the 16th, regardless, I will keep an eye for both of them and post oob pics here when I found one
