The Forestmen were his biggest annoyance that fought back usually. The king would sometimes begrudgingly side with them to battle the Fright Knights and their undead skeleton army, but whenever the opportunity presented himself, he wouldn't hesitate to try to arrest Robin Hood and prevent him from seeing the princess.
