>>8898180the old design has a more natural look when the figure is standing. but, as you can clearly see, it looks really stupid once the leg is moved. the ass cheek detaches and drops down into this bizarre position and the gap at the top of the thig swings into view. if you think it looks sexy, you need to see it in person. I have spent dozens of hours trying to make a convincingly sexy ass with Xevoz toys. I know how stupid and impractical the style of butt on the old prototype is.
the style for the new model is actually one that a lot of other Japanese toys use. Pic related is Figma Hibiki Tachibana. the gray part of her butt is a separate "butt plate", while the rest is sculpted thigh parts. the tops of the thighs are rounded to simulate the fold of the lower butt cheek, but are small enough that it doesn't look stupid when the toy lifts its leg. the butt is pretty thin and flat so everything can fit together and leave very small gaps in any pose.
you can see this is what Windblade's designers tried to do. the combination of the cut of the thigh swivel, the round thigh joint, and butt plate all come together to make a tight, small, but convincing robo-donk. where they fell down is in trying to make the butt-plate 3 parts, rather than just one. it looks like she has fenders over her ass. I would love to know why they thought this was better than just leaving a smooth, human-looking butt, but I am not about to drop $150 on this fucking thing to find out
