>>6789458the only printing is the strip of white on the front side, so there's no additional printing that needs salvaging and you don't even need to tape the pieces. As for the tape method, I think I've solved that problem without using paper as a protective medium. I tried using paper with this piece but it just got in the way and didn't protect the printing like I needed it too. I just touched the tape to my sweaty hands a bunch until the adhesive was barely there, and that was enough to bring it below the strength of the printing. This is the best proof I can give to date because I've examined photos of it closely, and according to the before and after shots, none of the printing was removed from tape pull.
