>>7417468>The emotional traits certainly sound like Rodimus.Like how exactly? He wants to go on and adventures and is an energetic teenager playing and fishing with Daniel.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZF-k-pdQAvANothing about the above scene qualifies as "emo".
>If you really think emo is only appliedOh, so your particular form of autism has very specific yet at the same time general definitions that only you're privy to. My mistake.
>I don't read comics>RiD Bumblebee still hadGeez keep trying to weasel out your own web of stupid why don't ya. You can just admit you were wrong you know? You don't have to continue the charade.
>You mean characters that learned on the job and became competentNo, I mean you're once again deliberately being a disingenuous liar. All of those examples were Optimus Prime, even Primal, who was originally intended to be Optimus Prime and is as a result derivative filling the same exact role, with the voice actor for Primal later going on to voice Prime.
>That's character progressionThey're all the same character
>Hot Rod/Rodimus went backwards. He was angsty kid who wanted to go on adventures, and watched his hero die because of him and had to learn to be a hero himself, with Kup serving as his mentor, and time and again proves himself increasingly worthy of the role of leadership just in the movie alone, battling Sharkticons, making peace with the Junkions, battling Galvatron, and being capable of openning the Matrix of Leadership, which Ultra Magnus couldn't do, essentially making him crowned King Arthur because he pulled the sword from the stone. He then kills Unicron with the Matrix and ends the war between the Autobots and the Decepticons, and then becomes diplomat and more or less President trying to keep the peace, while also trying to adjust to his new role as leader and wondering what Prime would do.
You hate G1 though, so this is lost on you.
