There's a hundred millions toys out there and they'll all have their engineering guts or have negative space showing somewhere when they're kneeling or just doing pretty much anything. Figmas, Figuarts, MLs, SAS, etc etc etc.
They're not seamless toys and aren't supposed to be.
All these lines keep them to the minimum though and again, is usually noticeable from one side.
