>>10130256Funny enough it's the fault of the toy designs in the first place. It was an era where toys were bricks, so when you draw a robot based on that, you don't care about placing joints. Then when a limb has to move at all, you can just make something up. Scramble combiners just wind up weaker for it because their arms are entire vehicles and that's a lot harder for someone to "fake" a connection on than a generic robot piece.
