So I built this RG Sazabi about a month ago and I spoke about it a bit here. I made a lot of little mistakes during the build, but applying the decals and my first attempt to topcoat it left me really disappointed in it. It bothered me enough that I decided to buy the exact same kit and make another attempt. But before I go an butcher another RG Saz I want to ask a few things. I want to highlight certain sore points and example of things I was unhappy with.
You can see here that with the decals I used out of the box there were many cases where the decal itself didn't quite fit the way I hoped. Little bits of the decals kinda jut out over corners and edges. And on the rounded part of the helmet it left like air pockets. It might be because I'm new, but I want to hear some suggestions on how to improve.
