"confidential AL" is likely a licensed theme, based on lego's use of confidential for previous licensed themes as well in such documents.
Meanwhile the codename for Nexo Knights was just "BB", short for "Big Bang", signifying it was Lego's next big thing. However, it is possible constraction wouldn't get such treatment and thus would be referred with a more standard codename.
All I'm saying, the leak is likely real but it could be just more capeshit.
