Speaking of Ironhide, you know his robot mode isn't that bad in theory. All you'd have to do is give the elephant elbows (and thus robot mode as well) and have some hands that fold out ... and do something better with the two elephant head halves. my suspension of disbelief is not okay with something with so many floppy parts just becoming rigid pieces
