The Kryptonian guns and the Sakaaran ones, but we also had new pistols from The Lone Ranger which to my knowledge haven't been reused elsewhere. I don't know if it's the licensing, like somehow these new elements are considered propriety concepts from whatever movie is being depicted.
Man of Steel sucked but I have to admit the armor was pretty sweet. Someone somewhere has probably used it to make Prometheus Engineers.
