My first Ironhide and I couldn't be happier with his bot mode. He has sturdy joints, great stability, and very pose I put him in exudes the right personality.
Van mode has a nice silhouette, but is otherwise an obligation that was met, but compromised for the sake of bot mode. Very similar to the recent Dinobot design in that regard. Still, it's loaded with all of the little flaps, tabs, and moving parts that I've wanted in my transformations forever and we've finally started getting in the past two or three years. Not really a point of contention for me, but I can get why that would bother some people.
