>>8282546If it makes you feel better, they use glue to hold the toy together. If you were to run the toy under boiling water, it will start to come apart at the joints as the glue weakens with heat. I've done it with Mystery Minis to kitbash stuff. You probably enhanced the joint to the ear with your superglue compared to what glue they used before.
And don't worry about /toy/'s opinion. I like some Funko POP figures too. I don't really like the human characters, but the monster designs that don't look like a POP! do appeal to me.
