Benefits of being made from the gummiest plastic in the history of Marvel Legends I suppose is that those shoulder pads bend out the way quite easily.
That said, a new Richard Rider Nova Prime figure with shoulder armor similar to the recent War Machine would be perfect but I'd honestly be happy with a re-release of the one we have with better plastic.
