I average 20$/50lbs but I only buy a bin every couple months. Pic related was lowballed for $15, listed for $75, which is still a great deal. I just told them I'm used to paying that amount (the truth), and that I was 5 minutes away (I was 15 min away - just told them I'd leave in 10 minutes when they accepted). YMMV, and good luck.
