anyway you're right that it probably won't be the same scale vs the old turtles as the original, because that would be massive
but seeing as the old turtles were also much stubbier, I think they could get away with making a slightly smaller one that still FEELS tall. Of course the key is, they did not shrink their Krang-in-bubblewalker that much, and it would have been pretty smart to have done that, then the krang's-body toy could be smaller..
let me redo some calculations here.. the original turts were 4 inches and krang was 11, but what's more, all the regular-characters back then were scaled up to the same size more or less, so we can think of that as krang being 11 inches against a 5-inch human figure..
The height of the Ultimates turtles is 6 inches, with humanish guys being taller this time, but a lot of that 6 inches is just 'more leg' like their torsos are nearly the same, so... Krang would not need to also be 30% larger (15+ inches would be just pretendous), he could probably get away with being a mere 13 inches, which is doable.
