That pic was from the 3H comics, where they took liberties with the head design to differentiate him from Megatron. The Legacy TM2 Megatron's head looks like the 3H Cryotek's face, not the actual toy, so the only way that could have come about was if someone popped into the wiki and looked up Cryotek's picture instead of Megatron's (probably because Megatron's page has his purple Barny form as its image and it would require scrolling down the page to see his dragon form). It's not the first time we've seen them use the wiki for reference pics only to get shit wrong in the end.
