My only experience with a similar matter was when I ordered two different Captain Hydras from the same store but when it arrived it was two of the same fig, I messaged them about it and it turned out they didn't have the alternate version to begin with, bit of false advertising but I let it go. I doubt it's the same situation with your order as the figs in question are quite different, I hope you're able to resolve it to satisfaction.
