The story of the Gold Label Wonder Woman by Todd McFarlane Action Figure (repaint variant) must be an interesting one. I wonder if it will ever be told. It seems like it was meant to come out in February and they put it up for sale then--in some cases they were found in stores too. But then they canceled the online orders. Months passed with no news. Then they put it up for preorder again at their latest collector con in July and it sold out very quickly. Only at this time did it actually show on
McFarlane.com as a released figure. It looks like other than the batches that went to EE and BBTS, this figure is still showing sold out at Walmart, so probably those are the last chances to get it for MSRP.
