On one hand, the U-Wing is probably going to be retired soon, and as mentioned in the previous thread, the odds of Lego making another one in the near future aren't all that high despite how cool of a design it is. The proportions of the set are flawed, sure, but there are also simple upgrades to reduce the undercarriage junk and it probably ain't hard to extend the S-foils with a couple of extra pieces. In contrast, the Y-Wing might last for a little longer before being retired, but it would better fit my plan of having it displayed alongside my 2011 Falcon and the upcoming summer X-Wing to keep them as the three main OG "good guy" ships as centerpieces in the limited space I have.
