I think the robot mode looks good.
A complaint I do have is the wingpack come unpegged a bit too easy.
Colour balance is about the same, though he's dipped his fingers and knees in some bronze paint.
The big play feature in robot mode is being able to open up Scourge's wings to unpack his two guns.
Now they don't turn into little guys but something about these guns as a certain targetmastery flavour to me.
If you prefer your Scourges to be a bit more dramatic you can leave the wings open.
