I've spent a week working on this, changed banks, and nothing has worked at all. There is no solution. If you a receiving this error, and are looking on Google to try and find the answer, just save yourself some time and give up. Purchasing R18 materials on Mandarake with Visa is pretty much impossible. Just stick with buying SFW materials from their site. I've emailed them to let them know to cancel my order. Hopefully they'll use a different payment system that actually works one day.
