anyways had the most angry paint session of my life, tore off the shitty gay garbage ruined paint down to the plastic and repainted it, this time with clear kote(enamel), still dulls and "grainifies" it but it's already way better and I'll give it time since it's enamel.
lesson of the day: do not use the waterbased acrylic semen.
