Though I could posit a theory: according to old canon, we know Thrawn dabbled with cloning; we know that the speed-cloning method he used in the Heir trilogy had connections to the Force (in regards to the "clone madness"); and we know that at least one of the Thrawn clones is assumed dead, but we're not sure because we didn't actually see it die. So, hypothetically, if I were to write a story where a Force-sensitive Thrawn clone existed, I could rationalize it.
