Another ID help thread. Looking for some figures I had as a kid. They were these little blue unpainted police figures, with rotating arms connected and rotating in tandem at the shoulders, same with the hips. They were very small. A little bit bigger than Zoids pilots, but less than half an inch. Closest thing I can use for a comparison were thos Lighter Hyperspeed series pilots. Articulation and size are almost identical to what I remember. Anyone know what I'm referring to?
