>>6033415I had a missing bag in the lights&sounds Cobra, rather than go through the request process I exchanged it at TRU where I bought it, but other than a missing piece in a couple other sets I've had good experiences with them. Been into the Halo line since the beginning, my Gremlin does have a Lego piece buried inside somewhere as I was not patient enough to wait for the replacement, it's too much trouble to take apart for one small piece.
