Considering they didn't jerk the Rocksteady and Bebop duo around and did them in back to back waves, and similarly, since each wave has a turtle instead of every other wave or something, I feel like wave 4 will be:
>Donatello (Good guy)>Krang (bad guy to complete Shredder duo)>Casey (ally to complete April duo)>Muckman (Oddball choice)It's possible they'll hold back one of Krang or Casey so that people will check back in for wave 5 news on when they can complete a duo, instead of ordering wave 4 and saying "well, the lineup is complete so clearly the toyline is over and I don't need to check back in ever again."
Also, if they're going roughly off the original playmates line up, wave 5 might be something along the lines of :
>Costumed turtle>Leatherhead>Ace Duck>Unknown oddball>>8480309He was listed as being on the bad guy team in the original card backs though, even though his profile states he gets along with the turtles.
