Icons was the closest we'll ever get again, but the current line is instead dedicated to recreating specific comic and movie appearances. So rather than getting a, say, Harley in the classic Harley outfit, Todd chooses to try to replicate the DCAU style. You will never get a cohesive display out of this line because that's not what it's designed to do.
