I bought him just to be a random, nondescript victim. The guns are great for Punisher or Agent Venom, and the body is nice with the civilian glasses Cyclops heads if I wanted to use him in my X-Men display. But I have no clue about the character himself. I think I've spammed this picture like three times now when he's come up though, I need to take some new ones soon with my other horror guys.
