>>10498943Fair enough, the distinction is an exercise in semantics for most people, that is if they're even aware of such things as APCs and IFVs and aren't just calling all armored vehicles with treads "tanks". The average joe will see a Bradley and call it a tank, since it has the classic characteristics of one (armored hull, turret with gun, treads). Indeed, Battlefield: Bad Company 2 (my jam) refers to both the Bradley and its Russian counterpart as light tanks in dialogue.
