With a good-vibes-only reviewer you're just being told nice things about stuff you're presumably already interested in. There's no reason to do this unless you want positive reinforcement for something you own, or want a perspective on why people like something you aren't interested in, which is not, as far as I know, why people tend to seek out toy reviews.
