I've been fiddling around here and there with lineart coloring to do a custom paint job for an MG Strike Freedom Full Burst that I snagged from my cousin some years ago. I'm keeping the gold-plated joints since that's the entire reason the kit exists, otherwise I want to try to convert the Strike Freedom into a villain suit. This is what I arrived at after a few iterations.
The original was black and red since it's easy to make a villain color scheme with that, but it needed more accent colors and I couldn't make purple highlights work with it. This one is a variation on a suggestion I got, I thought I could get a black and dark purple scheme like a dark Britannian knight, but I tossed in some dark magenta accents and it seems to be the least offensive variant I could come up with.
Anyone have any suggestions for improvement? I was originally planning to make this the second paint job I did with my airbrush, but I'm delaying it for potentially entering something into the group build.
