About a month ago I called Lego and made a phone order that included three big expensive assemblies, but neither myself nor the rep I was speaking to realized that the whole assembly didn't come in the same bag, which I found out for myself a couple weeks later when it showed up. Naturally I made a second order and racked up about $40 in "forgot-about-this-one" parts, but since the piece isn't listed in their online catalog, I incorrectly assumed it was a different piece and again didn't get it.
Just got off the phone with a rep for the third time with the intention of ordering just those three pieces; as soon as I told him the part I wanted, he said "Wow, those are about $2 each, which seems like a lot for just one piece of plastic." Then he told me he would send them all to me at no charge.
Unrelated, but I think Dracula's daughter Vanessa looks really cute with Sally's flower.
