Gaiman's not even a comic guy anyway, he always just used the medium as a stepping stone to get him noticed because otherwise he's just a genre writer. a small fish in the big pond of publishing. He cranks out comic scripts just to fund his other stuff; 1602 exists entirely to fund his lawsuit. He'll likely never write anything that isn't a mini again and he's long stopped caring about Miracleman.
